NAVSEA offers innovative, exciting and meaningful work supporting the servicemen and women of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. From engineers and scientists, to tradespersons and project management specialists, we continuously seek the most talented professionals to help keep America's Navy number one in the world.

Our activities:

HEADQUARTERS - NAVSEA headquarters provides policy, oversight and guidance in all area of business and acquisitions.

WARFARE CENTERS - The 10 warfare centers provide full-spectrum science and technology; research, development, testing and evaluation; and product delivery support for the Navy's ships and systems.

NAVAL SHIPYARDS - The four public naval shipyards provide quality, timely and cost-effective maintenance, repair, modernization, recycling, technical and logistics support for the fleet.

SUPERVISORS OF SHIPBUILDING - Co-located with major private shipbuilders, the Supervisors of Shipbuilding serve as the Navy's on-site technical, contractual and business authority to ensure the highest quality ships are delivered to the fleet by private industry.

REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTERS - Develop and execute standardized maintenance and modernization processes, institute common policies, and standardize training to provide cost-effective readiness to the Navy at home and abroad.
